An affordable virtual team for non-profits

Get found. Get trusted. Get ready for funding.

Pure Water Automations gives nonprofits an affordable virtual team — so your website, outreach, admin, and grant readiness stop depending on one overworked volunteer.

Both lead to the same short assessment call — we ask what result you want, then tell you honestly whether we're a fit.

You started a nonprofit to serve people — not to fight with websites, inboxes, and paperwork.

Most small nonprofits we meet have the same gaps: a website that doesn't reflect the real work, outreach that happens in bursts, admin that eats the founder's evenings, and funding opportunities that pass by because nobody has time to pursue them. You don't need a full-time staff to fix that. You need a few reliable hours a week from people who do this every day.

What We Do

A dedicated virtual assistant team, backed by specialists

One point of contact who knows your organization, supported by specialists in web, design, media, and bookkeeping.

Admin relief

Email, calendars, communications, follow-ups, and document organization — handled every week, so your leaders can lead.

Websites & landing pages

A professional site with your story, programs, photos, contact info, and lead-capture — built to help families, donors, and funders find and trust you.

Marketing & social media

Consistent posting, outreach campaigns, and community engagement that keep your mission visible.

Bookkeeping

Remote bookkeeping led by an experienced professional bookkeeper, with our VA team handling the routine work at nonprofit-friendly rates.

Grant support & funding readiness

Grant research, application preparation and submission, and the systems funders expect to see — including Google Ad Grant applications. See "A word about grants" below — we'll always be straight with you about how this works.

One team, one point of contact

A dedicated assistant who knows your organization, supervised by a team leader, with specialists pulled in as your work needs them.

A Word About Grants

We prepare and submit. Funders decide.

Some agencies advertise a "success rate" for Google Ad Grant work. We won't do that, because it's easy to blur the difference between submitting a well-built application and getting approved — and only the funder controls the second part. Here's what we can tell you plainly instead:

No grant is guaranteed.

Approval decisions belong to the funder, and applications — especially the Google Ad Grant — often take multiple rounds of revisions to your website and materials.

It takes real hours.

A 20-hour/month plan is part-time support; grant readiness on that plan is a 3–6 month journey. Larger plans move faster.

The upside is real.

When a grant is awarded, our implementation work can often be written into the grant budget as a vendor line item — meaning the grant, not your general fund, pays for the work.

We'd rather set honest expectations now than surprise you later.

Pricing

We publish our pricing.

Most agencies in this space don't — you have to book a call just to find out what it costs. We think that's backwards for an organization working from a board-approved budget.

Nonprofit rate: 50% off

Our standard rate is $20/hour. Qualified nonprofits pay $10/hour — our way of making professional support reachable for mission-driven organizations.

Starter

$200/month
~20 hrs

Best for: Steady, light support — one recurring lane like admin or social media.

Pace: Bigger projects take 3–6 months.

Managed

$1,360/month
~136 hrs

Best for: High-touch support across everything at once.

Pace: Fastest path.

All plans include a dedicated assistant and team-leader oversight. Hours cover all work on your account, including project communication and coordination. Payment is collected at the start of each month before work begins. Every plan is month-to-month — no long-term contract, adjust or cancel anytime.

Not sure where to start? Most organizations that want visible progress choose Launch. Starter is a careful first step; Managed is for teams ready to move on every front.

If something's not working: every plan is month-to-month — tell us early and we'll work out the right adjustment together.

How It Works

1

Assessment call (15 min, free)

Tell us the result you want in the next 30–60 days. We'll tell you what's realistic and recommend a starting plan — or tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.

2

Onboarding within a week

Our onboarding lead gathers your branding, access, and materials and sets up your client workspace.

3

Weekly delivery

Your assistant works your plan; you see progress every week without chasing anyone.

4

Adjust as you grow

Scale hours up or down monthly — many clients start small and grow into grant work once the foundation is set.

Who We Serve

We've been building this nonprofit service line since April 2026, working directly with churches, youth sports organizations, ministries, PTAs, and childcare and afterschool organizations across Texas and the Northeast.

Know a nonprofit that needs this? Get rewarded.

When an organization you refer signs up and makes their first payment, you receive 15% of their first payment. Open to everyone — you don't have to be a current client to refer.

FAQ

Do we qualify for the nonprofit rate?

Registered 501(c)(3) organizations qualify. If your status has lapsed or you're not incorporated yet, ask us — helping organizations get (or restore) 501(c)(3) status is something we can quote separately.

Can you guarantee we'll get the Google Ad Grant?

No — and be cautious of anyone who says they can. We prepare and submit your application and handle the revision rounds, but Google makes the decision.

Who actually does the work?

A dedicated assistant from our trained VA team, supervised by a team leader, with specialists (web, design, media, bookkeeping) pulled in as needed.

What if it's not working?

Plans are month-to-month. Tell us early if something's off and we'll work out the right adjustment together.

How do you handle sensitive information?

We work with organizations that handle donor and financial data, and we scope data access together during onboarding — you decide what stays in-house.

Your mission deserves a team.

Start with a free 15-minute assessment call. Worst case, you leave with a clearer picture of your next step.

No commitment, pressure, or obligation.
